Offering up to 12 months of real-world protection, CanCoat EVO is an excellent option for enthusiasts who want the benefits of ceramic protection without committing to the more involved application process of a conventional coating. Better still, a single 200 ml bottle requires just 10–15 ml per vehicle, allowing for multiple applications.

Versatility is another major strength. CanCoat EVO can be applied to paintwork, exterior plastics, metal, wheels and PPF, as well as side and rear glass. It can also be used as a top-up over an existing ceramic coating when you want to reinforce its gloss, water behaviour and protection.

• Preparation still matters. Before applying CanCoat EVO, ensure the vehicle has been thoroughly safe-washed and decontaminated. If necessary, carry out paint correction before applying protection.
• Immediately before application, degrease the surface with GYEON Q²M Prep and allow approximately 15 minutes before applying CanCoat EVO.
• Spray CanCoat EVO onto your microfibre towel rather than directly onto the vehicle. Work in small sections, spread the product evenly and immediately wipe the surface until you achieve a clear, streak-free finish.
• Although CanCoat EVO is extremely easy to apply, avoid over-application. Only around 10–15 ml is required to protect an entire vehicle.
• Keep the vehicle completely dry for at least the first 12 hours after application. We also recommend avoiding washing the vehicle or exposing the fresh coating to cleaning chemicals for the first 14 days while the coating continues to cure.
• If bird droppings or other potentially damaging contamination lands on the vehicle during the curing period, don’t simply leave it in place for two weeks. Remove it carefully rather than allowing aggressive contamination to remain on the fresh coating.
• For additional durability, a second layer of CanCoat EVO can be applied after a minimum of one hour.
