• Always wash and dry the vehicle before using Q²M WaterSpot. Removing loose contamination first allows the product to work directly on the mineral deposits rather than the dirt sitting on top of them.
• Work on a cool surface and out of direct sunlight. Apply Q²M WaterSpot to a microfibre towel and work one small section at a time rather than treating the entire vehicle at once.
• Do not allow the product to dry on the surface. Once the water spots have been treated, thoroughly wipe away any remaining residue.
• Water spots that have been neglected for a long period can etch into the clear coat. If Q²M WaterSpot does not completely remove the defect, further paint correction may be required rather than repeatedly applying the chemical cleaner.
