• After cleaning, allow the fabric to dry completely. Do not apply FabricCoat to damp upholstery, carpeting or convertible-roof material.
• Apply Q² FabricCoat evenly across the surface. The objective is to fully cover the fibres without unnecessarily soaking the material beneath them.
• Pay particular attention to achieving uniform coverage. Missed areas won’t exhibit the same water repellency as properly treated sections and can lead to inconsistent protection.
• Once applied, allow the treated fabric to dry completely before use.
• Keep the treated surface away from water until FabricCoat has cured. This is particularly important when treating exterior textiles such as convertible roofs, so plan your application around suitable weather or keep the vehicle sheltered.
• Maintain protected textiles by vacuuming regularly and cleaning them gently when required. Avoid unnecessary aggressive cleaning, which can shorten the lifespan of the protection.
