The Liquid Elements Centriforce V2 Blue Super Heavy Cut Polishing Pad 150mm is the most aggressive pad in the Centriforce V2 range, designed for intensive paint correction and the removal of deep scratches, severe swirl marks and other major paint defects. Its hard, highly abrasive foam delivers maximum cutting power for demanding correction work, particularly on hard or heavily damaged paintwork.
The innovative conical centre-hole design is a key feature of the Centriforce V2. The specially designed opening improves airflow through the pad, helping to reduce heat build-up during machine polishing. At the same time, the conical design creates centrifugal forces that help centre and distribute the polishing compound efficiently across the working area.
The blue Super Heavy Cut foam is designed for the most demanding correction jobs, including deep scratches, severe paint defects and intensive paint correction. The blue Centriforce V2 should be reserved for situations where maximum defect removal is required. Pair it with a suitable heavy-cut compound and work systematically in small sections using controlled, overlapping passes.
Because of its extremely high cutting ability, the blue pad may leave some haze or micro-marring behind, particularly on softer paint. This is why it is best viewed as a correction pad rather than a finishing pad.
Once the major defects have been removed, inspect the paint and move to the Centriforce V2 Red Heavy Cut or Yellow Medium Cut pad as required. Finish with the Green Soft Cut pad and a dedicated finishing polish when maximum gloss and clarity are required.
Keep the pad clean throughout the polishing process. Regularly removing spent compound and paint residue will help maintain consistent cutting performance and prevent the foam from becoming saturated.
