Description
ADBL Pinky is a pack of 10 soft, versatile microfibre towels designed for a wide range of car detailing tasks. Each towel measures 40 × 40 cm and features a dense 350 GSM construction, giving Pinky a useful balance between softness, absorbency and everyday practicality.
The towels feature laser-cut edges rather than conventional stitched borders, making them particularly suitable for working on delicate automotive surfaces. Whether you’re removing polish residue, buffing wax, working with quick detailers or carrying out general interior and exterior cleaning, Pinky is designed to be a dependable all-rounder in your detailing kit.
Why choose ADBL Pinky?
- Versatile detailing towel – suitable for removing polish, buffing waxes, applying quick detailers and carrying out general cleaning tasks.
- 350 GSM construction – provides a useful balance between softness, absorbency and easy handling.
- Soft, dense pile – suitable for working on delicate automotive surfaces when properly maintained.
- Laser-cut edges – eliminates conventional stitched borders for a cleaner working surface.
- 40 × 40 cm dimensions – a practical size that’s easy to fold and control during detailing.
- 10 towels per pack – gives enthusiasts and professional detailers a useful supply of clean microfibres during longer jobs.
- Suitable for interior and exterior use – a genuine multipurpose towel rather than one restricted to a single detailing task.
How to use
Fold the ADBL Pinky into quarters before use. This gives you multiple clean working faces and makes the towel easier to control.
For removing polish or wax residue, gently wipe the surface and regularly rotate the towel to a clean section as residue accumulates.
When using Pinky with a quick detailer, spray wax or similar product, follow the instructions for the chemical and use the towel to spread or buff the product as required.
For general cleaning, use a clean Pinky with your chosen detailing product and avoid continuing to work with a heavily contaminated section of the towel.
Use separate towels for significantly different jobs wherever practical. A microfibre used for dirty interior work, for example, shouldn’t immediately be moved onto freshly polished paintwork.
Prestige Detailing Tips
Pinky is the kind of towel we’d consider a general detailing workhorse. It isn’t intended to replace specialist glass towels, dedicated drying towels or other task-specific microfibres, but its versatility makes it useful for many of the jobs that fall between those specialist applications.
The 10-piece pack also makes it easier to separate towels according to their intended use. You might keep several exclusively for paintwork and polish removal, others for quick detailers or waxes, and another group for interior cleaning.
When buffing polish or protection products, don’t wait until the entire towel is saturated with residue before changing it. Fold Pinky into quarters and rotate between clean faces as you work. Once the towel becomes heavily loaded, move to another clean one.
Correct washing is particularly important if you’re using Pinky on paint. Wash contaminated towels with a dedicated microfibre detergent such as ADBL Micro Wash Storm and avoid fabric softener, which can leave residues behind and interfere with microfibre performance.
It’s also worth separating your better paint towels from heavily contaminated wheel and utility microfibres during washing and storage. A clean, well-maintained Pinky is suitable for considerably more sensitive work than one that’s spent its life mixed in with dirty workshop cloths.
