GYEON Q²M MF Applicator is a soft, ergonomic microfibre applicator designed to spread detailing products quickly, evenly and with excellent control.

Its 120 × 95 × 25 mm shape provides a comfortable working surface that’s considerably easier to hold than a loose microfibre cloth, while the plush microfibre exterior helps distribute product consistently across the surface. Each pack contains two applicators.

The real strength of Q²M MF Applicator is its versatility. It can be used with sealants and protection products as well as trim and leather conditioners, making it a useful applicator to keep in virtually any detailing kit. GYEON specifies it for surfaces ranging from automotive paint and trim to wheels, leather and metal.

For dedicated ceramic coating application to paintwork, however, GYEON recommends its purpose-built Q²M Coating Applicator instead.

That distinction makes Q²M MF Applicator the versatile all-rounder, while the Coating Applicator handles the more specialised paint-coating job.

• Match the applicator to the job: Q²M MF Applicator is particularly useful for applying leather and trim protection, sealants and other detailing products where even distribution is important.
• When protecting leather, apply the product evenly rather than saturating the applicator. Q²M MF Applicator is also included within GYEON’s LeatherSet kits for precisely this type of application.
• Consider dedicating individual applicators to particular product types. An applicator previously used with an exterior sealant shouldn’t subsequently become your leather applicator.
• Apply a small amount of product initially and add more as necessary. Oversaturating an applicator usually wastes product rather than improving coverage.
• Work systematically with overlapping passes to achieve consistent coverage, particularly when applying protection products.
• Applying a ceramic coating to paint? Choose the dedicated Q²M Coating Applicator instead, as recommended by GYEON.
• Always follow the application, wipe-off and curing instructions of the product being applied. The applicator itself doesn’t alter those requirements.
• If an applicator has been used with a product that hardens or cures within its fibres, don’t reuse it on delicate surfaces once hardened.
