Description
GYEON Q²M PPF Wash is a dedicated maintenance shampoo developed specifically for vehicles protected with paint protection film (PPF) and vinyl wraps.
More than simply a conventional car shampoo, Q²M PPF Wash combines effective cleaning with light decontamination properties, helping remove everyday dirt as well as embedded mineral and metallic contamination that can gradually compromise the appearance and behaviour of your film.
Its formula is designed to work safely with modern automotive films, including both gloss and matte finishes, making it an excellent maintenance choice for fully wrapped vehicles as well as cars with individual PPF-covered panels.
Q²M PPF Wash is also suitable for coated PPF and vinyl, allowing you to clean and decontaminate the film without unnecessarily compromising the protection already applied.
For owners who have invested in PPF or a vehicle wrap, it provides a purpose-designed alternative to treating these specialist surfaces exactly like conventional painted bodywork.
Prestige Detailing Tips
- Use Q²M PPF Wash as part of your regular maintenance routine when your PPF or vinyl requires more than a basic shampoo wash.
- Always work on cool surfaces away from direct sunlight and never allow the shampoo solution to dry on the vehicle.
- Pre-rinse or pre-wash the vehicle first to remove as much loose contamination as possible before making contact with the film.
- Use a clean, soft wash mitt and plenty of lubrication. PPF and vinyl can still be scratched or marred through poor washing technique, so a safe contact wash remains important.
- Pay particular attention to lower panels and areas behind the wheels, where road contamination tends to accumulate most heavily.
- Rinse the vehicle thoroughly after washing to ensure all shampoo and loosened contamination have been removed.
- Q²M PPF Wash does not require a post-wash curing period. Once the product has been thoroughly rinsed away, the vehicle can be dried normally.
- For coated PPF, always respect the coating manufacturer’s initial curing and no-wash period before introducing any maintenance shampoo – including Q²M PPF Wash.
