Description
ADBL Beetle Juice Squeezer is a fast-acting bug remover designed to dissolve insect remains and other stubborn organic contamination before you wash your car.
Bug residue isn’t just unsightly. Insect remains contain substances that can attack automotive paintwork if they’re allowed to remain on the surface. Beetle Juice Squeezer helps loosen this contamination quickly, making it easier to rinse away before the contact-wash stage.
It isn’t limited to insects either. The formula can also tackle bird droppings, tree sap, heavy oils, gunk and road grime, making it particularly useful for heavily contaminated front bumpers, grilles, mirrors and other exposed exterior areas.
Perfect if…
- The front of your car is covered in insects after a motorway or summer drive – spray Beetle Juice Squeezer onto the affected areas before washing to help loosen the residue.
- Dried bug remains aren’t coming away during a normal wash – its dedicated formula provides more targeted cleaning power than relying on shampoo alone.
- You’re concerned about insect residue damaging your paintwork – removing contamination promptly reduces the amount of time it remains in contact with the surface.
- Bird droppings or tree sap have landed on the vehicle – Beetle Juice Squeezer can also tackle these forms of organic contamination.
- Your front bumper, mirrors and grille accumulate stubborn road grime – its cleaning ability extends beyond insects to oils, gunk and traffic-related contamination.
- You want to remove stubborn contamination before touching the paint with your wash mitt – loosening and rinsing away contamination first supports a safer contact-wash process.

Prestige Detailing Tip
Use Beetle Juice Squeezer before your contact wash, not after it.
If the front bumper is covered in dried insect remains, there’s little benefit in immediately attacking them with your wash mitt.
Instead:
Spray → allow approximately 30 seconds to work → rinse thoroughly → continue with your normal wash.
This gives the product an opportunity to break down stubborn contamination before you physically touch the paint.
It’s particularly useful during Malta’s warmer months, when insect contamination can accumulate quickly across the front bumper, grille, mirrors and windscreen area.
Don’t compensate for stubborn contamination by allowing the product to dwell indefinitely. ADBL specifies approximately 30 seconds and explicitly instructs users not to let Beetle Juice Squeezer dry on the surface.
If contamination remains, repeat the treatment rather than unnecessarily scrubbing the paint.
It’s also worth distinguishing Beetle Juice Squeezer from the other products in your decontamination arsenal:
Insects, bird droppings and organic grime → Beetle Juice Squeezer
Tar and adhesive residue → Tar and Glue Remover / Tar Pro
Iron particles and brake dust → Vampire Liquid
Using the right chemical for the contamination you’re trying to remove generally means less unnecessary mechanical agitation of the paint.
