What is Ceramic Coating?

What is Paint Correction?
Car paint correction is designed for anyone seeking to eliminate any swirl marks or other types of scratches that may have accumulated over the years through the use of a machine buffer (polishing machine).
Even if Malta’s sun does a very good job of highlighting these imperfections, you can easily check for swirl marks yourself by shining a torch directly over paintwork in a dimly lit environment. Other scratches, collected by brushing your car up against dried stems in country roads, or caused by sharp pointed materials like car keys, could also be permanently remediated by this corrective measure.

What is Vehicle Decontamination?
Decontamination, which can be carried out alongside either of the above services, chemically targets stubborn industrial agents like brake dust and grease – particularly on rims – thereby restoring the original glow of the outer edges of your wheels. Decontamination can also be extended – with careful application – to the clear coat of your car, so grease marks and other accumulated elements are completely and definitively expelled.
Prevention is better than cure, so we strongly recommend having your car ceramic coated if it is a new purchase. This minimizes the chances of contagion build-up happening, and in doing so the need for decontaminating in the first place.

What is a Dual Bucket System?
In a dual bucket system, the first bucket contains the pH-neutral shampoo solution used to clean your car while the second bucket is used to rinse the wash mitt free of any contaminants and/or abrasive elements after each pass of the mitt over the car. This keeps swirl marks and light scratches to a minimum during the cleaning process. Both buckets are typically installed with grit guards. (A grit guard is a filtration system which helps keep contaminants at the bottom of the bucket and – more importantly – away from your vehicle’s paint lacquer.)
