About Us
Next-level car detailing
At our studio at Bilom Service Station in Luqa, we are fully equipped with all the necessary tools, products and detailing certifications to correct and comprehensively treat your car’s fabrics and paint lacquer. We do so with zero compromises on quality and finish.
We cater to both the enthusiast as well as to Maltese detailers operating in the local market and looking for a professional edge over the competition.
The individual members of the Prestige Detailing Team.
The team is led by Zack Borg: the company founder and director and a GYEON Certified Detailer. Zack has been working exclusively in car and motorcycle detailing since 2015. This was when the industry was still waking up to the benefits of ceramic coating and professional wax and polish technology. Zack saw this as the ideal moment to shift into gear and set up his first studio within months of obtaining his certificate. The idea behind Prestige Detailing is to bring the best possible tools on the market, rounding the experience off with the expertise the team has gained over the years. Zack took the decision to move the business from San Gwann (after moving there in 2019) to Luqa in 2021 which now operates from Bilom Service Station.
Tamara Anderson oversees administration and marketing at Prestige Detailing and is often in our products shop dealing face-to-face with our customers. She also manages our social media channels and contributes to our blog posts based on Zack and Sven’s expert observations.
Ace is our junior grease monkey. He assists in our studio by fetching tools for us during busy spells in the workshop, hoovering up any leftover crumbs during our lunch break. Seriously, he is better at it than some of our industrial vacuum cleaners. Ace is saving up to one day be able to afford a Winton touring car so that he can cross America with Zack. His idol is Bud the Pitbull, who crossed the States way back in 1903. For the time being, Ace enjoys riding shotgun in Zack’s Audi RS3 and poking his head out of the window to catch the breeze.
